Paul Ribeiro

Director
Chief Executive Officer

Paul boasts over 32 years of experience in the construction industry, with a QS Diploma. He has served as an Alternate Director at Concor Construction for a decade and was a shareholder at Stefanutti & Bressan Mozambique and Angola for four years. He is the founder and current CEO of Rushtail Group for the last 18 years.

Michael Ribeiro

Director
Lead - Northern Cape

Michael, with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and 18 years of experience in civil, mechanical, and building construction, has held positions as a Director and Lead in the Northern Cape. His expertise spans construction, risk and contract management, safety and environmental compliance, and plant and asset optimisation.

Rynhardt van der Walt

Lead – Limpopo

Rynhardt has over 13 years of experience in civil and building construction, serves as the Lead in Limpopo. He holds qualifications in SAMTRAC, Mechanical N6, and a Diploma in Financial Fundamentals. His expertise includes construction and risk management, safety compliance, and asset management.

Nelson Rodrigues

Lead – KwaZulu Natal

Nelson Rodrigues is a BTech Quantity Surveying professional with 25 years of experience in civil and building construction, currently serves as the Lead in KwaZulu Natal. His career history includes positions at Concor Construction for five years, as a Director at StefStocks Mozambique for 16 years, a General Manager at Grinaker KZN Building for three years, and now a year with Rushtail in KZN.

Hannes Coetzee

Commercial Lead – Group

Hannes is an International Member of CIPS with 28 years of experience in the commercial, buying, and logistics industry, is the Commercial Lead for the Group. His expertise spans cross-border logistics, quality assurance, contract law, and supply chain management. He has been instrumental at Rushtail for 16 years.

Gerhard Wernecke

GM SMPP and Lead

Gerhard Wernecke, with qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Certified Energy Management, serves as the General Manager SMPP and Lead for Group. With 14 years in manufacturing, mining, and engineering, and seven in mechanical construction, he excels in mechanical construction management, risk and contract management, safety and environmental compliance, and plant and asset oversight.

Andrew Davey

GM and Lead – Western Cape

Andrew, with a T4 BSc and four years of experience at Grinaker-LTA. He has also served as a Rushtail Mozambique as a Contracts Manager for four years, operated a self-employed venture in the USA for four years, and worked at Rushtail Western Cape for four years, contributing to construction project management, risk, contracts, safety, and asset management.

Armando Pinto

GM and Lead – Mozambique

Armando is, a highly qualified civil engineer with a master's degree from IST/UTL and in construction management from the University of Stellenbosch, offers over three decades of experience in the civil, mechanical, and building construction industry. He has held positions at Preload Systems D&C Engineer in Portugal, with roles at Concor Construction, ranging from Site Manager to Project Manager and Divisional Director for 12 years and as Divisional Manager at CMC Group. His journey also includes a decade as General Manager with Rushtail.
